INTRODUCTION

This morning we are going to look at Jesus…the Author and perfector of our faith.

We are going to look at 7 I AM statements that speak to the uniqueness and divinity of Jesus.

There is more than enough for an entire sermon series in these passages, but I pray that maybe one or two of them will stick out to you, and minister to you in a special way by God’s Spirit.

SUMMARY OF THE TEXTS

I AM

As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me.  (5)  I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.
